I actually don't think they know what they wanted out of bosses. Hans is arguably the closest to a true boss fight. Then we got Patriach and people had a fun time with him at first until they realised you could just nuke him, and then they went the complete opposite way with Matriach, where you have to deal with a bullet sponge on top of a bullet sponge. The fat boy gets knocked on his ass again and again and the big pound boy is just uninteresting.

If you get Hans, you are going to have a good boss fight. He has a clear weakness, he has shields and healing, but they can be countered, he has just the right amount of toughness AND damage to be a threat, which makes his gameplay absolutely organic.

I think he just means all of them. But if i had to pick the worst i'd say Abom or kfp. Close tie between the 2.

all bosses work around close combat to kill you -> you need to be fast to avoid getting hit -> most classes are unsuitable for that, so my meta is: zerk with RPG. much fun, such awesome gameplay loop (edgy kids will now say, that almost all enemies rely on close combat, but regular zeds die to few shots.. so your argument is invalid)

i'm mostly talking about singleplayer experience, but even in multiplayer it just sucks. fighting normal waves is much more exciting than one stupid bullet sponge

fighting bosses every 5th round in endless mode is the biggest joke ever. not playing this garbage

i have little hope that it will be different in kf3, but hope at least, that they will remove the freaking robots

They give a decent chunk of exp. I dont mind them. Maybe they could be harder. Like in KF1 the patriarch is strait terrifying, In this game I dont think he ever wins. Sometimes that baby face one wins if the team has too many people die and make mistakes.

With a good group the bosses are pretty weak. They need something to make them scarier, more lethal. Then again I stick to hard lol.

I guess we will see what KF3 brings.

Oh, well if he has the same problem as me (Getting Abomination all the time!) then I would agree.

Sometimes i like Abom, because then i can get a good laugh when he gets knocked down and flies around till he hits a triggerhurt kill barrier out of bounds. Not sure if you've seen it but it's quite a sight to behold.
