Report a translation problem
Since we are having this problem but we are on Steam this might be something that is getting overlooked or needs special attention. My advice is to get on the Tripwire forum and see if you can get attention too. Maybe a mod will ask for your SteamID64 number also.
Unfortunately I still don't have the items. I submitted a second support ticket.

But after basically submitting a ticket to tripwire, waiting several days, getting an incorrect canned response saying I had access the items now, reopening that closed ticket (which they had closed after their first canned response), telling them I still didn't have my items, then after waiting several more days for a second response to the re-opened ticket, I finally got another response and I checked and I DO HAVE MY ITEMS FINALLY! Yay!!
This happened to me, so maybe it can happen to you too. You just have to wait days and days for their responses I guess.
