Last update items giveaway
Hello!, i try enter in the game a few times, yesterday and today but still dosent appear the old seassons items in my inventory.

I see something - everyone who is not getting the items has either private profile or private inventory. Try to set them to public and launch the game again.

Just tried that but that didn't work. It was a good idea though. I posted about this problem over in the bug report section titling it something like "giveaway hasn't actually happened yet?" No response there yet. I'm looking into this on the Tripwire forums also. First time I've ever logged into there.

On the tripwire forums (I logged in using my Steam account) a moderator wants to look into the problem and asked me for my Steamid64 number. I am hopeful that the issue can be solved somehow along those lines.

I saw on the tripwire forums I also saw this message: "Mercs, we found an issue where some platforms where having issues with the reward grant so we have turned it off while we investigate and get it fixed (Steam players should still be receiving it at this time)"

Since we are having this problem but we are on Steam this might be something that is getting overlooked or needs special attention. My advice is to get on the Tripwire forum and see if you can get attention too. Maybe a mod will ask for your SteamID64 number also.

My game had a little update here but nothing has changed and my inventory hasn't changed. No additional backpacks, tickets or skins. No explanation on what the little update was and nothing seems to have changed.

Got a response from my support ticket saying that I have the items now and that their delivery was delayed.

Unfortunately I still don't have the items. I submitted a second support ticket. :Boeing737_600:

I finally got my community gratitude giveaway items!. A steam moderator told me that steam could not do anything about it saying

"I'm sorry to hear that you're not receiving your items. Unfortunately, we have no access to this games inventory system, which means we're not able to grant items to your account. Only the developer of the game can grant items, which means you'll need to work with them on getting your items. 

Steam Support"

But after basically submitting a ticket to tripwire, waiting several days, getting an incorrect canned response saying I had access the items now, reopening that closed ticket (which they had closed after their first canned response), telling them I still didn't have my items, then after waiting several more days for a second response to the re-opened ticket, I finally got another response and I checked and I DO HAVE MY ITEMS FINALLY! Yay!! :Batcat:

This happened to me, so maybe it can happen to you too. You just have to wait days and days for their responses I guess.
