question about dlc weapons

hey, can someone explain the different dlcs in layman terms to me. what is weapon pack or season pass, i know they make these marketing tricks to give weird catchy names to sell dlcs individually.

i want to buy weapon dlcs after all these years of playing kf2, but i do not want to pay them seperately. i am looking for the cheapest option to buy all weapon dlcs.

Get ultimate it comes with both Armory dlc.
Weapon packs are just dlc for one singular weapon unlock and skins for it, armory dlc is a bunch of weapons.

you get all the weapon dlc like it's written in the ultimate edition store page.

But you should also check the trading page of the forum.
All dlc weapons and their skins are tradable.

i can't even empty my inventory of useless kf2 items on steam market. i wonder how much hustle it would take to collect all those weapons via trade.

No, but you should be able to get DLC weapons for the price of one Mann Co crate key per weapon

No, but you should be able to get DLC weapons for the price of one Mann Co crate key per weapon

you sound like you do tf2 or csgo and maybe other games' trading too. i do not do any of them, i barely do kf2 items and put them up around halloween so they can stay up around christmas and new year too until they are deactivated for staying too long on shop. i do not bother putting items on sale on any other seasons or months. because of this i only have kf2 trading items and some trading cards / items from the games i own but it would be hard to make these things work.

Honestly, I just grabbed a TF2 crate key from the Steam marketplace, waited for it to become tradable, and used it to buy a Piranha Pistol bundle from an Armory Pass owner.

I dunno how much money is saved, but I do know that 100% of my money went to the Valve corporation, rather than Tripwire seeing any of it

to be frank, realistically i played last around kf2 on 16th december 2021 (covid era), then tried to play on april 2023 and could not play more than 2-3 hours. everything is changed to worse. i have no idea how game developers and companies bend the knee for the minority of the overall users who cries all the time. think about the reload cancel on gunslinger, it was fun to play with it as i mainly played GS dual pistols. then these noob players or casuals cried a river and they changed reload cancel when it was part of the game from the start. then they made some changes to berserk because people were again complaining about berserk. then they added some bs zeds like edars and trappers who are not really fits into the game. i am a long time kf player. i played around 3000 - 3500 hours of killing floor on my previous steam account. then played kf2 first time in 2017. this is my first kf2 game achievement '' Unlocked 15 Jun, 2017 @ 6:27pm'' even tho i have 920 hours of kf2 most of it was between 2017 and 2019 which i consider the golden age of the game. i was already hesitant to buy this dlc, but after writing this text i reconsidered and will not buy this dlc. i was going to buy it out of nostalgia for the killing floor and the good old times of kf2 but thinking it again, i did not play this game almost in 2 years. and game is dying with every update, i read here there will not be any more update on kf2 too. so, i see no point on buying this dlc. i whish game developers would listen to hardcore players instead of casuals. i play HOE or higher difficulty if avaliable in some custom servers, and i think my view of the game is more valuable than those who play on normal difficulty and still complain because they can't even play that difficulty.

this text might gone off topic but i still wanted to share. i am sure some mod will delete this after seeing it. i hope you can read before it gets deleted.
