Tripwire support dead?
I submited few support tickets with the issue that when I recycle few duplicates of epic weapon I didn't get anything back from it. The weapon skins just gone.

So, I made 2 threads. 2 because I lost one and dind't save webpage or info to find my ticket futher. I don't know how it works but I didn't receive any message to my mail even.

That's why I created another support ticket. Guess what, 13 days lasts and still no response what's so ever. My assumption that tripwire support team just don't exist. No one looking into players troubles and nobody care about it.

I mean, no messages to my mail to track the issue. It's just mental.

I haven't received response on my ticket for more than a month.
And I also created another ticked for another problem I had about 15 days ago. Still no response there either.

EDIT: Also, I would like to add that it is impossible to register on thier support site. You simply don't receive activation link on your mail. You don't receive anything :gravestone:

TWI been quiet all around. Normally pretty active in their Discord but haven't seen em post in a bit. Might be vacation time, or still working over the inventory issues in consoles/PC

I don't really blame them for ignoring the dosh exploit since you did it knowing the consequences... what's the dedicated server about? Plenty of resources and people here that can help

They never responded.

About dosh exploit, we had a long conversation, and they stopped responding

I don't fault them at all for not responding to the cosmetic thing, I mean you are trying to run them in a circle of semantics, and they said several times they don't have anything else to offer in response. How could you possibly think gettings 1000s of free cosmetics is fine!? Sure, it doesn't effect gameplay, but they punished you by not effecting your gameplay... seems fair to me

I would check if you have static or dynamjc IP address, I remember that being an issue for me when I tried to host my own server. It has to be static, of course. Otherwise it is a router issue. May want to consult one of zachjd's guides on dedicated servers as that would explain better. My computer couldn't handle hosting, so I rent now

And nobody bothered to respond. Nobody at all.
I have even contacted TW Molly and TW Yoshiro regarding all these problems. Molly couldn't help it but just told me to contact customer support (thanks for nothing).

Some time after that, I have even pinged Yoshiro in Killing Floor discord's #general chat, with this lengthy inquiry:

Nobody bothered to answer at all. Ugh, not a single moo or boo from developers about it. Not from support staff, not from game's chief.

Yeah, you know, it's fine, it's alright, it's whatever. But If I won't be reimbursed with those dozen of crates that i lost with this update + at least another dozen that i have lost in the past + with a bonus -- i'll permanently stop supporting Tripwire Interactive with monetary funds, and i'll tell my friends to do the same thing. And that will be yet another veteran who is going to throw his hands up (on top of the other ones who have already done it).

They clearly stopped responding due to you going around in circles when it was made very clear that you we're breaching TOS.

I would like them to release the dosh vault series #2 with a new set of cosmetics and allow you to buy either crate with the vosh vault.

Its a win for everyone except those who exploited the system
