-Hi all, here is my on-going bug list. If you want to help, it would be great if you post your findings of any items listed in the "reported bugs" section. If you have any new bugs to add, feel free to comment and we'll go from there.

-I've split bugs into a verified category and a reported category. Verified has a blurry meaning, but in ths post I'm viewing it as "double-checked". Essentially, most consistently repeatable bugs will end up here. The reported category will house items that I've noticed around or have been reported directly here. I'll be constantly revolving and reworking the reported category so if you feel I've missed something, let me know.

-For translation errors, KF2 utilizes STS (Steam Translation Server). If you would like to get involved please read this thread[forums.tripwireinteractive.com].

All Reported Bugs Beta Branch:
  1. Can't see how many zed left when joining the game. Someone please verify.
  2. Lights remain lit up in sewers when shot. Not sure if intended:

  4. Can't see a scoreboard when joining game when wave is on.
  5. No achievement in new maps when you collect all (10) items.

  8. Throwing the freeze grenade at zeds (siren is the one that had this happen to it) will sometimes freeze their animation, but they'll remain in motion, something like a moving statue. This happened in offline solo mode in burning paris.
  9. The in-store cosmetic bundles that are supposed to be tradable only, can be found under "market cosmetics" category, where they should not be marketable. Screenshot: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=700860501
  10. The scrolling bar for cosmetics in the store keeps resetting to the top, where I have to keep scrolling down again every 2 minutes or so to go back to where I was looking. This might be a refresh issue and intended.
  11. Scoreboard does not show when joining a game with an on-going wave.
  12. When activating the "Follow me" voice command on Rae, she'll sometimes say: "Let's head for the shop". Not sure if intentional or supposed to be under "Get to the trader" voice command.
  13. Rae sometimes says that she's been grabbed by zeds when walking too near to them but not actually grabbed by them. (I'm not joking about this one though it sounds like a dirty joke).
  14. Rae's hands seem to be out of proportion compared to the rifles she's holding. Her hands are rather huge.
  15. If the rail gun is dropped by the player, it'll just get literally dropped on the floor. No throwing / tossing animation.
  16. Mouse movement is choppy in main menu, did not happen in previous versions.
  17. Sharp Shooter's knife does not get blood stains after slicing zeds with it.
  18. If you press ESC and choose the perk you're playing, without making any changes, it'll still count as a perk change and perks will grey out upon exiting the menu.

Verified Bugs:
  1. For level 25 perks, the progress bars display X/0. We believe X represents the XP that was granted that put you over the threshold to ding level 25. While its honorable that it is doing this, I think it will be more rewarding to either see max xp/max xp or total xp/max xp.
  2. Server browser filters for wave length resets to short every time. Tall people beware. acknowledged by devs
  3. Server browser filters reset when switching from survival to versus and versus to survival. This includes the left-side filters as well. Not sure if intended but I'm getting pretty quick and re-selecting these every time.
  4. Pathing: on the map outpost husks, bloats, scrakes and fleshpoints get stuck on the platform outside the armory towards the middle of the map. This platform connects to the mess hall. This occurs when playing by the trucks. Here is a picture[i67.tinypic.com] of them stuck until you run there. Maybe they just want food from the cafeteria but can't make up their mind. acknowledged by devs
  5. For AMD users the crossbow scope causes large frame drops. Sorry snipa's. acknowledged by devs
  6. Music: The song "Someone To Hate" has an instrumental version that plays for full length without issues (5+ minutes). However the vocals version plays about half-length (2min 30s). Not sure if this is intended or not. It is also missing from the deluxe OST. I'll never know who I'm supposed to hate because I never get to hear the end of the song!

Reported Bugs:
  1. A player's perks skills will all get set to the "left-side" when leveling up mid-wave and hitting 10/15/20/25. Possible related thread[forums.tripwireinteractive.com].
  2. Matchmaking doesn't always correctly place you in the difficulty you are looking for.
  3. There is a minor pathing issue on the map evacuation point when cysts try to figure out what a railing is:

  4. During versus, sometimes the patriarch's animation glitches because he hinting to us he wants someone to mod him riding a motorcycle: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GCKKhINyV2c
  5. On the map prison, flying outside the exercise yard in spectator mode or dead spectate camera causes a crash. It wasn't meant to be.
  6. Demo RPG rockets or m79 nades sometimes vanish. No known repeatable steps but trying to build a trend, I've seen it happen if a teammate is coincidentally near the line of fire. Another circumstance I've seen it happen is if the destination of the rocket is in a husk's crotch. o.O

Fixed Bugs History
  1. Using a demo teammate's supplier when already on full grenades prevents you from using your teammate's supplier later in the wave. Don't be greedy.
  2. Playing solo still launches as versus sometimes. We get it, we should try out versus at some point. ;] acknowledged by devs
  3. If your avatar is a special snowflake, your game will crash either on start up or when you join/host a map. acknowledged by devs
  4. Pathing: there are two invisible walls on the map prison. This is by the single door going into the courtyard.
  5. Being grabbed by zeds then falling still restricts you to the grab lock even though you're not physically near the zed anymore. acknowledged by devs
  6. There is a collectible on blackforest up high on the tree which isn't breakable and doesn't count to the counter.
  7. Trader: Cannot successfully perform transactions at trader. This occurs if you are running to trader and spamming 'e' to bring up the trader window. Anything bought/sold won't be saved.
  8. In versus and survival, the patriarch and his mini-gun do not always face the direction he is actually shooting.
  9. Prison: some zed spawns on roof/off map on prison versus do not allow you to move.
  10. Prison: some zeds get stuck by the wall next to the courtyard.
  11. When playing solo (online/offline), it is defaulting to the last played online filters.
  12. Versus: melee ZED bug (seems to be gorefast only)- the damage doesn't apply to the players sometimes. When this happens, all of the damage gets applied the moment that ZED dies. Usually insta-killing the player. This bug is probably the most noticeable and most frustrating for the community from what I've been seeing on forums. acknowledged by devs
  13. On prison map: ammo box underneath the stairs which are blocked off with chairs and tables (also a collectible there) is bugged, can't pick it up.
  14. Solo offline survival no longer works due to versus if last online was set to versus. 3.a. Similar bug (or same), when playing solo offline, you may need to "reselect" survival game mode, as it may be selecting a hidden versus mode. Not noticing this will let you play and encounter no boss at the end. Update: solo play takes your online settings for some reason it looks like.
  15. Known issue: Versus: Sometimes two bosses spawn. acknowledged by devs
  16. Can't see work shop maps anymore. acknowledged by devs

-Thank you everyone for the great work! I also love seeing people verifying what other people are reporting too. I am traveling to Thailand for an emergency and I'll have limited internet connectivity (I think), so please don't fret if I don't check in for a week or two!

Certain areas cause Zeds to get stuck and not attack when blocked by a player (entrance to the tower on prison, for example).

Sometimes, the trader will display a list of all weapons rather than perk weapons upon opening the trader menu.

Certain collectibles are missing tags and lack interaction on being shot (I'm thinking about BlackForest). Other collectibles have awkward hit boxes (I.e. Bling hanging from a tree near BurningParis spawn).

Buying a single pistol, filling it with ammo, and then buying the companion dual pistol for that weapon resets the ammo to default for buying duals. (Can't confirm this bug still exists)

When recycling weapons, the resulting crafting material will appear in whichever category the weapon was recycled from (I.e. Weapon Skins) until the category is switched out.

When a player is full on grenades and uses a demo's supplier, he will not receive any grenades, obviously. However, that prevents the player from using said demo's supplier later during the game which it should not. Devs should look into this since it is easy to accidentally use supplier, for instance when opening/ closing a door.

Speaking of which, the demo supplier icon often appears grayed out (like it was already used) when it in fact is still ready and usable for that wave. I'm not sure if this is triggered by using it once and then it stays gray for the entire game, but it is a consistent bug.

You want to do us a favor Dare Devil and incorporate these bugs into your list? I don't want them to just get lost again and it'd be nice for everyone if we built a master list of bugs in this game.

Does dying when using duel pistols still drop only one? I always found that kind of stupid and even possibly a bug.

Yeah, it still drops one. I think it was intended but I agree that it should be changed.

Look under the "known issues" section of that announcement. I can personally vouch that clipping occurs for certain items (justice helmet and gas mask, for example). I'd provide a screenshot but I sold the justice helmet.

That's the only one that I can be 100% sure of. I want to say that I found another one on BlackForest that couldn't be hit, but that might have just been due to a whacky hitbox and I don't remember the location.
