That....actually makes a little sense due to how the medic is featured in a light blue pallet. I guess it also makes it easier for new players to distinguish between teammate's health and armor.
Generally, however the Health Bar has always been red for a variety of different games.
I guess that answers the question though lol.
Same. It kept things simple and easier to understand imo.
People would often run away from or avoid healing grenades in Killing Floor because they were green, and thought that meant they were toxic (likely due to bloat bile).
In my opinion, they should make the health and armor in the HUD match the color of it in the friendly HUD to better convey what they're doing.
