-Taunt players was a removed a longgggggg time ago. We never really found out why. The only thing I can theorize is that since we have 8 comand wheel lines, taunt players wasn't essential so it was dropped.

It is a shame how Tripwire is censoring their game in these ways. PC in a pc game

-Probably a simplificaiton. Eight "commands" is much easier to remember than the system in KF1. Personally I don't have a hard time memorizing multi-layered keys.

-I'm hoping we get an extended library in the future and we can choose what 8 commands we what to display to use.

I think I've seen a post on reddit that said they removed it because they didn't want to give players such an easy way to insult others... Apparently in 2015/16 anyone gets offended. It actually makes sense when you look at other quotes. In the first game the player would say "fur-coat, no knickers, b!tches!" and in this game he simply says "fur-coat, no knickers" so that's censored as well.

why do you assume its PC censorship? Maybe tripwire is just good at making stupid design decisions ala their microtransaction systems. Most of the other games out there have taunts, so its not some PC conspiracy theory to tamper with games- just stupid individuals being stupid

Just because this annoys me: It was never removed, because it was never put in KF2. You have only been able to insult zeds in KF2 and it was there since day 1.

If enough people mention 'INSULT PLAYERS', then I'm almost sure it will be shoved in the game at some point. They did put the classic voice in the game after all.

KF2 never had the option to taunt players, unless you meant some lines that come out of "NEGATIVE" chat option.

Taunting players was a KF1 thing.

you can change it yourself in the ini... instead of it saying insult zed in chat you can change it to insult players with the zed taunt voiced.

According to the sound files (character lines) they haven't recorded any insults towards players so they can't put them in the game.
