PS4 Controller
I wanted to play KF2 with my PS4 controller. The controller works for MKX, DSIII, DayZ, CSGO and many others but no for KF2...Any idea how to fix it?

That sounds horrible...I play with Mouse and Keyboard, but it would be nice to have the controller too if I ever feel the need to play while laying down on my bed. Do you know how to connect it?

When PS4 version come out

I sure even a 100 hours pc player will aim better then a 1000 hours PS4 player

I'd assume you'd need to use some kind of Xinput software like InputMapper or something to have it show up as an Xbox controller and it'd work just fine.

Ok, thanks :) I'll check one of those out

Few modern games will recognize the ps4 gamepad. Inputmapper is my personal favorite as you can not only emulate a 360 gamepad but also allows you to use the touchpad as a mouse.
They'll probably have controler support for KF2 when the PS4 version comes out.

But I would get a program like inputmapper or otherwise anyway since a good amount of modern games don't like the PS4 controller since they expect the xbox controllers input method.

I got my Dualshock 3 to work with KF2, actually. You need some kind of software to simulate an X-box controller. That should work just fine. Given that there are no significant differences between a PS3 and a PS4 controller for that matter.
Anyway, I am confident that you can work out a way to use your PS4 controller. There are programms online that help with such issues. Just put a little research into it and you'll find a way that works for you.
(Not that it matters but I only played one solo round as zerk using the gamepad and I found it unpleasant, never did it again. But you do you man.)

Try DS4 Windows. It uses xinput to have your ps4 be recognized as a xbox controller. If you're asking for natve ps4 controller support (with the ps4 icons and all) then not atm no. as others said, maybe when the ps4 version's released it may have it.

The one and only software you need when a game isn't supporting the DualShock. I am a bit surprised how low the numbers of games who support the DS4 natively is. The PlayStation 4 sells like hotcakes and on top of that, Killing Floor 2 also comes out for PS4. I honestly expected DS4 support on day 1.

I asked for DS4 support a while ago, got ignored or just overlooked, no big deal. But the nice thing about a computer is, that you can play however you like. With controller or keyboard and mouse.
I play KF2 since day 1 with my DS4 and never had a problem. But official support is always nice. Sometimes it's a bit confusing when I see Xbox prompts.

I hope that more games in general support the DS4 in the future. The console sells like hotcakes, it's not just Xbox controllers anymore.
