That sounds horrible...I play with Mouse and Keyboard, but it would be nice to have the controller too if I ever feel the need to play while laying down on my bed. Do you know how to connect it?
When PS4 version come out
I sure even a 100 hours pc player will aim better then a 1000 hours PS4 player
Ok, thanks :) I'll check one of those out
But I would get a program like inputmapper or otherwise anyway since a good amount of modern games don't like the PS4 controller since they expect the xbox controllers input method.
Anyway, I am confident that you can work out a way to use your PS4 controller. There are programms online that help with such issues. Just put a little research into it and you'll find a way that works for you.
(Not that it matters but I only played one solo round as zerk using the gamepad and I found it unpleasant, never did it again. But you do you man.)
The one and only software you need when a game isn't supporting the DualShock. I am a bit surprised how low the numbers of games who support the DS4 natively is. The PlayStation 4 sells like hotcakes and on top of that, Killing Floor 2 also comes out for PS4. I honestly expected DS4 support on day 1.
I asked for DS4 support a while ago, got ignored or just overlooked, no big deal. But the nice thing about a computer is, that you can play however you like. With controller or keyboard and mouse.
I play KF2 since day 1 with my DS4 and never had a problem. But official support is always nice. Sometimes it's a bit confusing when I see Xbox prompts.
I hope that more games in general support the DS4 in the future. The console sells like hotcakes, it's not just Xbox controllers anymore.
