i think the best way to get em is either season pass or look in the trading forum to find people who sell individual weps for gems or tf2 keys... that is the best value for the specific weps u wanna get
look em up on youtube and see which ones u like
The weapons are fun but not necessary.
Blunderbuss, Glocks and Frost Fang are even good.
You still can buy them in a match, if at least one player on the server owns these DLCs.
As the 2 dlc contain many different things from characters over cosmetics up to weapons and we don't know what's important for you a simple "yes or no" doesn't help.
Out of the guns, the Frost Fang is probably the one you can get the most out of, if you play any combination of Support/Berserker/Survivalist frequently. It works pretty well for all three, but is an absolute beast on Survivalist, as you get speed bonuses to pretty much everything and a hefty damage bonus, since its shots count as melee too.
It's also a very fun weapon to use with Shotgun/freezing/light melee/blocking/extra melee damage on frozen zeds.
And if you get headshot kills up close, it will yeet the zeds like Baseballs.
Which I do, but they change very little in the grand scheme of things.
