few questions about 'cheating'
I have been bit paranoid with a lot people having different opinion than others and i decided to ask in general. Those questions i had for a while and i sorta wish anyone can answer me

-Are we allowed to announce or tell the upcoming boss in mp games?

-Is it allowed to use cheat engine in offline mode in a singleplayer game to increase someone's perk levels?
----
There a bunch of people saying different or separated stories about this and i really want to be clear on it so i can move clean.

there is nothing can be clear about this, but... lack of skills will show up on those who have less hours, and knowledge, with max perks and prestige
Announce upcoming boss is officially no cheat.
There is a console command "enable cheats" to enable commands like get unlimited dosh and other cheats.
bossindex, while possibly just intended for testing purposes is available without enabling cheats.

Its allowed to use cheat engine or perk level maps to increase perks, but like Leon said. High level don't make a good player.
Just play the game as its ment to be for best possible team experience.
0-5 normal
6-11 hard
12-24 suicidal
25 HoE

All good, not my intentions to cheat but i just want to know if it's okay to use those 'cheaty' methods without having my game key revoked or a vac ban in my profile

Promoting/spreading cheats and hacks that affect perk level and xp gain will yield you a ban.
What about the console command for determining bosses?
Last I check it was considered an exploit.
What is the official stance?
In my opinion announcing the boss in prior should be the least of anyone's worry. The boss type is already determined at the start of the match anyway and it isn't like the team can just straight up skip the fight either. It also doesn't change the fact that certain perks are worse at boss wave regardless of player skill.

There is no official stance in this matter. Naturally the devs would only suggest against this as it may ruin the 'surprise' factor for some. But if you've already played enough PUG 6-man Sui/HoE games up to this point then you'll know it's never too prepared for what comes next.

The devs' original response was that boss commands IS a exploit and have actively deleted any post containing that information.
That in itself is an official response.

this one should be marked as best answer.

You aren't wrong, but that was a while ago.

To be honest, with so much bad blood between TWI and the player base over the years, anything that can keep at least a portion of the players around and happy without breaking the game completely I'm willing to bet the devs will turn a blind eye on. At the end of the day, the host of the server will have a final say on what the actual rules for that server are.
