Dedicated Server Help - Set Max Players to 12

So I'm here trying to setup my server and I want to set the server to have a max player count above the default of 6. But everytime I set the thing to 12 it reverts it back to 6.

I'm getting frustrated with this because to me, this is a simple command and yet KF2 does not make this simple command ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ simple.
