a question about vault crates

i have a question about the vault crates and what you can get from them.
first, are the items you can get from the vault crate different every seasonal event? like, i mean the weapon skins and cosmetics (besides halloween items) are really nice and i got an precious knife, shotgun and cowboy hat but i dont want to miss any nice skins because i think that they change every seasonal event, or do only the "holiday" items change?

If you're asking if the vault crates rotate items, the answer is no. Vault crates will only ever give you vault items, more may be implemented in the future though

Vault crates are their own thing. You can get bag-hats, sharky hats, Vosh-skins for characters and most weapons. Also a flurry of needlessly character-specific pyjamas.

Overall though, I'd say it's well worth it to do dailes for vault dosh (likewise for presiging), if you want some coolish skins, but don't want to partake in loot-box gambling.

There's enough stuff in the Vault crates to display how much you've played the game, compared to having one snazzy katana skin, imo.

You can't get halloween items from that crate. New items will be featured after they release the update for crate items. No one said it will happen before one of the event or during that period. You can get every listed as crate item from any crate. Say you open it in 2021, you still have a chance to get items you have now. They're not tradable, marketable. You're getting event items from the tickets.
And for the different items, yes. They've precious skins for some guns, but the new ones do not have their own precious vault skin. You'll see them in incoming updates, maybe. But they do not differ by season or something.
