No it's not, they add constant free updates. This is a cosmetic skin they made, they can charge whatever they want, and you can decide if you want it for that money or not.

I know they add constant free stuff but does it do something good for me if i buy it for 10 bucks? no. so its not worth the money. SIMPLE

nah, overkill charges 4.99 for a character, and they come with a perk deck and a selection of weapons.

You got to admit, 10 dollars is a pretty steep price for a character skin that's just a cosmetic. But then again, it just being cosmetic is also a reason why it's not necessary to buy. Payday 2 characters were a pain because if you wanted to play their deck, you'd have to shell out the money

But thats how business works. If you give people free content you ain't earning money sooo you release some stuff that you have to pay for so you can provide them with more and new free content
