tried disabling my firewall , but i keep getting my local ip for my server

but the thing is , when i type my public ip into google chrome and enter 8080 behind it , i can login and change the server settings

It should be your local ip if you are playing on the same computer you are using to host.

What is the reason he is unable to join? Does the server not appear on the list of servers? Or does he see the server but is unable to connect?

hes cant see the server , but i sort of fixed it.

in the bat.file ive putted my public ip into it and now it shows on the server browser.

but also my local server, so 2 servers one with the local ip and one with the public ip, strange

Hmm you shouldn't have to do that for it to appear on the browser list. Did you restart your server? It might be because the changes to port forwarding were not reflected before your server was restarted.

anyway you need to open 7777 port, but you said that you can not do this for some reason

To set correct IP address for server, just add option for launch line:
?multihome=YOURWANIP
Like this:
\win64\kfserver kf-asgard?difficulty=2?multihome=YOURWANIP
Its help if you have 2 or more IPs
