2 Medic : Fast, Heals, Deals good damage, hard to kill
3 Pyro : Destroys trash in milliseconds, Huge aoe, best perk to get out of corridors while kiting, tons of cc on major zed
4 SWAT : Easy to play, can spam, flashbangs, good vs trash and major zeds
5 Gunslinger : Hard to play, destroys EVERYTHING if you can play him tho, Fast, squishy
6 Commando : Zed time, great range, can kill everything fast, requires good aim
7 Support : great damage, gives ammo, penetration, lacks mobility and ammo
8 Survivalist : Tanky, med nades, not interesting
9 Sharpshooter : Garbage boring perk, useless
10 Demo : Garbage no skill spammy useless perk, always causes team wipes on is own, never use it, insta kick anyone who uses it

It ain't even bait. He legit hates demo. I'm not surprised he hates sharp too actually lol. Both the big Zed killers.
Nice list and I almost agree with it except for those two.
If you are serious then you do not seem to be able to objectively judge those two classes, which is surprising seeing that I would have written this list almost the same way.
Even if your personal gameplay taste places them at the bottom, you should be able to describe the reasons for that with more than "boring and useless".
It just struck me as odd... you are able to describe the other perks accurately but not those two... funny stuff
1. Beserker: EZ mode tank. I don't play zerk that often, though.
2. Medic: For obvious reasons, great healer and all around tank.
3. SWAT: Great for Scrake/FP stunning and high DPS. Decent tank.
4. Support: Pretty 'meh' balancing in my opinion but the supplier skill is always nice to have.
5. Sharpshooter: Incredible big ZED dropper.
6. Demo: Good for crowds or Scrake decapping and has grenade supplier. Nothing too good about 'em.
7. Firebug: Great trash thinner but I hate them when they spam and rage Scrakes/FPs.
8. Commando: Pretty 'meh', never bother playing them.
9. Gunslinger: Never liked them to begin with. The only thing I like is the .500.
10. Survivalist: Pretty lame perk. Desperately needs an overhaul.
Zerk / GS / Med
Although GS is the most dependent on skill perk. Low ammo and needs in consistent headshots makes him extremely "noob unfriendly"
EZ game, EZ life.
1. Berserker = no questions asked. Can go full tank / highly mobile tank with the evis.
2. Field Medic = Can't simply win a very hard game without this perk especially with low level randoms. The movement / damage reduction / damage amplifier are too good.
3. Demolition = Can destroy every zed on its path even Scrakes and Fleshpound with just a RPG. Dynamites have stun and 5th skill nuke is one of the most highly used skill on the game.
4. Support = A good support that can provide ammo / armor to its team and at the same time , can do tricky jumps with boomstick is like a godsent to your team. With the recently M4 buff, you have so much versatile weapons on your list.
5. Commando = Zed Time Extender, nuff said. From Rifles to LMG, what most people like to use in every FPS game out there. Fast detonation of grenades and pure dps.
6. Sharpshooter = Two options. A camping marksman or a Scout. You can choose the cheesy railgun to one shot nearly every zeds on the game or with the M14 for highly skilled sharpies.
7. Gunslinger = The akimbo sharpie that can be on the same level with zerker/medic with its fast mobility in the game. Grenades can stun on its vicinity and Magnum Revolvers. What's not to like?
8. Firebug = still mid tier but not quite handy on hard difficulties.. risky gameplay that can be quite fatal on the team. Although this perk can save a lot of dosh with its cheap ammo
9. Survivalist = needs a rework.
That's basically how I'd order them, Maybe Supp in A tier now as I really like the different loadouts for it which makes it a viable class for holding against trash and big zeds and med can float around between top and B tiers depending on map. I'd probably put sharp in top tier too now, especially his M14/SPX loaout.
