Survivalist is indeed work on solo more than working with 6 men team/squad.
And firebug only gets more problem/trouble than it worth while in squad.

If youre gonna put SS with guarded caveat then surely a well guarded demo should be at least equal to zerk and med in the To6 list?
EDIT: Firebug......? Should be equal to zerk on solo. And in To6 Firebug should be as good as mando. At least if its played right.
Also SWAT should be at least 2nd row solo.
As for Support.... solo should be at least 2nd row also. For To6 3rd to 2nd row.

I think if we are talking overall, I agree with alot. But disagree with quite a few. Lot depends on what other perks are available in the team.
I think alot of ppl disregard the need for perk synergy in a 6 person team. Especially anything other than zerk, med and even survivalist to a degree. Also map, team positioning/tactics vary and can render some perks more useless in some situations that in others. Finally alot depends on the skills/exp of the player which is probably left by the wayside for this list comparison. And lets not forget the mode involved.
For instance I think in solo I can basically win on HoE with any perk. Ive done it enough times. Swat and Sharpie can be difficult depending on the boss. While mando and sup have a slightly easier time. But thats just my experience.

The reason why I emphasized the guarding with SS is because you probably won't be playing the perk otherwise (unless you're really good with it). As for demo, I ranked it that high while having in mind that it would be moderately guarded against close range zeds.
Now, let's talk about Berserkers and Medics. Berserkers can either help the team by killing the zeds at the front, blocking the zeds for their teammates or just run around the map and spam hemoclobber until everything dies. They can basically solo carry, even if their entire team dies. As for medics, well medics are just medics. Their grenades kill ♥♥♥♥ tier zeds while also healing and buffing other party members. Don't get me wrong, demolitionist is really good, but it can't really deal with certain situations, which is why I put it a tier below Zerk and Medic.
Edit: My reasoning behind not ranking firebugs any higher in solo is because they have no real way of sustaining their health. Yes, solo players do get a 50 hp syringe, but would that really be enough sometimes, especially in endless mode?
Commandos for example could always combine the 2 grenade launchers (demo one and med one). His perks go well with both. <---- I tested this out recently and holy fk it's good.
Medics could spam the medic grenade launcher to stay alive until everything dies.
And survivalists? They could always go with healing grenades/syringe specialization or just take the med grenade launcher. Their perks also go well with it.
Overall, my reasoning behind firebug not being ranked any higher is that the rest of the perks have more sustain and can deal with zeds in just as good of ways. Also, that's my reasoning behind why support is so low in solo.
