Though honestly mate I wouldn't recommend it because it's cheating and tampering files, 8 years later and I still hate the fact I messed with KF1 and didn't get the enjoyment out of grinding it.
Except, the people I see only have their perk level achievements unlocked at the same time. Most of their other achievements are still locked. So why would they use achievement manager to just unlocked perk achievements? Because they're not using that.
They are using trainer programs that instantly level all their perks to 25, and hence why all their perk achievements are unlocked together. These programs are not even hard to find. A simple google search will turn up multiple different trainers and many videos of said trainers in action.
The OP doesn't need to grind super perk leveling maps. If he really wanted to skip the leveling, he can easily do so.
Just to clarify Mr. Ape. I will not be the judge whether or not what you are saying is true. However, I would like to point out another explanation as to why people might have unlocked some achievements (in this case for perks) at the same time - hence, giving the impression they have used a program as you are stating.
Remember back when TW decided to implement said achievements for perk progression. It was some time ago. Now, let's imagine one who had already reached max perk lvl with all perks.
Once said person would launch kf2 again (after the implementation of perks lvl achievements) he would unlock all achievements instantly. Thus, giving the impression that he had used a program, even though he had not.
To summarize: Always take a look at the month in which the achievements you are looking for were unlocked before passing out a judgement. It might just be that the perks were lvled in an honest way.
