PS4 killing floor 2 is dead but it can be fixed

As I'm writing this ive been sitting in a lobby for a game by myself for the past 20 mins. This game is pretty dead on consoles. I have a suggestion, release the game free to play with the "free games with plus" campaign Sony is doing. Would revive the community for ps4 for a while at least.

console are dead, the only difference between pc and console is the pad and 2-3 exclu, big deal !

PC + pad + HDMI câble = console (so if you have a pc you already have a console )

I own both vertions of the game. Sometimes I like to play killing floor 2 while im laying in bed, but for me the game isnt any fun by yourself. I'm sure making the game free to play with the free games with plus thing going on would do alot of good for the game

There is nothing wrong with playing a fps game on a console, you are just trying to stir up drama.

Actually Hudson is right, he just worded it poorly.
Playing games like KF2 on console is an absolute joke, if it were an RPG or anything else that;s not first person, i would agree to play it with a controller. Games like devil may cry and such, just feels and plays better on a controller than on a keyboard.

But yeah, looks like you'll just have to suck it up buttercup, and play it on PC, cause that's where the players are.

connect it to a pc
connect pc to tv

if you dont want to play on a tv skip step 3
dont ask me how to connect that google exists for that
think you need a cable though

I have 1,3k hours on PS4, lol. And still play on pad on PC.
The main thing that really, really sucks on console is match finding. You cant choose at all.
Once PC, you'll never go back.

TBH console versions of any old game older than 1 year usually die out very fast if they have a PC and console port.

rare exceptions but 1 year is usually the max average, max max is around 1 1/2 years.
I also think it has to do with games being or needing to be hosted by official servers and people can't really make their own dedicated servers like on PC.

Consoles and shooters are a pain.
Shooters and PC are a pain if the game is a pvp, especially a ftp pvp =cheater hell.

So, a game like Battlefield V is fine with consoles (no cheats) but a torture on PC (cheats only). But a game like Killing floor 2 on console? In fact it is a coop pve even if there is a small pvp part. And exactly that pvp part of KF2 is solitary and abandoned like the console game.

Of course you can´t find lots of players..
