Adding an enemy that takes control away from the player are typically disliked these days.
It is annoying to die because I get zapped at the absolute worst time.
Considering how many hours you got in PD2, where are your posts about cloakers and tasers?
I'll bet with a search I could find you complaining about those too. EDARs are here to stay, just as Tasers and Cloakers are to PD2. Considering how nerfed EDARs are, you guys are huge wimps.
There's no need to compare 2 different games that run on different sets of mechanics. Keep in mind that a variety of players really hate the EDARs. Not just the players that spend over 1k hours in the game. Even regular players and beginning players hate them. The EDARs actually got a HP increase to the head and the whole body in v1066 to counteract the armor nerf by the way.
Slowing would cause much more room for zeds to catch up to you cna kill you
I could go on but i dislike both games to put my time in it
Again just do the old razzle dazzle and jump before they're about to grab you.
