If you want a suit cosmetic, then i recommend Mark 7 Horzine Armor, Cardboard Knight, Wasteland Armor or if you play Mr. Foster, DAR, Briar or Tanaka, you can buy character specific outfits

i actually like the commando chicken suits tbh
actually pairs well with any perk since the suit has a ton of nades ammo and chickens are fast and fiesty from irl traumatic experiences with them.

it's personal tastes though so you may or may not like it

above all the suits go well on classic masterson or brair because the voices are from KF1 so it's like you're playing them again
