Eviscerator nerfs...
Since the evisc's damage was massively nerfed recently, can we at least get better aim/reload/projectile speed or some combination of the 3, so it at least FEELS good?

I feel it needs just a buff in damage, even as a T5 it isnt as good as you would want it to be, besides that it is usable and the saw is usefull to push away zeds

The weapon is too strong for what it was, that is why the damage was weaken.
Even after the change it is a extremely strong weapon.

It is only worthwhile to upgrade when the weapon can hit a critical damage point, if it doesn't then it is just a waste of money.

Not saying that its bad, imo it's just a tiny saw dmg buff that it needs, I agree that the projectile was a bit OP since it could kill a fleshpound with 2 hits to the head, but the saw blade just needs a little bit more of dmg

I wouldn't mind if the Evis got 5 or 10 more blades. At least the extra ammo helps alleviate the damage penalty somewhat.

Does not need more ammo at all when you can retrieve ammo. It has plenty.

Don't see what you're going for with the aim. It goes wherever the laser points and is very easy to aim.

Reload is fast and easy.

Projectile Speed is fine and making it higher devalues the purpose of making it a slower projectile than most conventional weapons.

The damage was "massively" nerfed because it was so broken. Beserk could pretty much do what a Sharpshooter could but with much less skill. Two-shotting scrakes while being able to efficiently fight every other zed type in the game diminishes the value in most of the other perks. Three-shotting fleshpounds was ridiculous as well.

It most definitely doesn't go exactly where the laser points, literally any playtime with it shows that. Zed time most especially. Reload could be quicker, is my point, if they're nerfing it massively. Okay, so it's a tier 5 weapon that isn't allowed damage, aim, or reload..why is it tier 5? As to how it "devalues" other perks, silly me, I thought a co-op PVE game was about fun, and picking what you enjoyed to play.

The Evis currently can kill all zeds with 1 hit.
Big zeds and bosses are the only things it can't kill with 1 hit.
It is currently good where it is.
Adding more ammo will only make it unbalance, considering a beserker class should be in the frontlines and not shooting from the backline.

It may not go exactly whare the laser points, but where it does go is actually pretty consistent(at least as far as I can tell, it's just slightly above the pointer). The reload feels fine to me, and while the weapon doesn't have it's ludicrous old damage, it's still the perk's strongest ranged option and one of the most versatile weapons in the game. Also, the eviscerator's not a T5? it's a T4, And it deserves it's tier for both the strong range attack and the melee attack's stupid crowd control(seriously, you can walk through almost any zed as long as you hold down M1).

So both the sights and pointer are wrong in where it goes, great. And I'm okay with nerfing stuff way too strong, but it's literally what, got a third of its damage just removed at once? True, it is a T 4, but it's also one of like two weapons that isn't just "you swing a thing" for zerker.

Yeah it's just a click point and die weapon that still allows you to be efficient in everything else and go solo.

I use laser sight on both the eviscerator and m14 as reference to where the shot could go, but it generally is accurate and I'm consistent. Also, aiming the Eviscerator doesn't take that much effort.

Eviscerator is fine where it is it. It helps Beserk eliminate the enemies it truly struggles with like Sirens (lul), bloats, and husks. But it doesn't go too far anymore to make Beserk such a brainless big zed killer that overshadowed Demo and Sharp by just ease of utility.
Ain't the best loadout but it feels okay.. with parry bonus you can still do takedowns without much trouble also most reliable weapon for solo play
