RPG
M14 or Katana.
You can help healing, clear trash and big zeds.
That and the starting weapons. Your best bet is to save and scounge as much as you can until you can afford it, which shouldn't take too too long. Go with the med nades and melee expert and just run around the map scounging for any ammo packs to use for self healing or the nades to kill trash. Once you have enough, get the eviscerator with extra ammunition and zedsplosion as well as incaping lvl 25 perk skill.
You'll save on ammo, armor, and can pick up the saw blades later on as well as give dosh to your team.
it still does good against trash mediums and big zeds you can still block and shoot the saws. Plus tou get the melee expert buffs for faster speeds
M99 AMR
Level 1 HMTECH101
Level 1 M16
M99 for the big guys
Medic Pistol for healing
M16 for everything else
I dunno, i feel like the M203 grenade launcher could help in a pinch for Quarter Pounds.
Also, i dunno if grabbing any high tier melee weapons would be worth it for Survivalist. Bone Crusher or Static Strikers seem like an excellent way to spend less dosh on ammo, though I don't trust the Survivalist's lack of Vampire to melee gorefiends, husks, bloats or large zeds.
And for that i prefer to use the Desert Eagles, M16, P90 and Medic Pistol. It makes you fairly versatile with your ability to take out zeds, in addition to keeping your team healed a bit.
I think that seeker six is much more versatile compared to RPG and can bring down big zeds quick enough.
