I don't recall a constant way of looking at a zeds health but there is a command in this guide to see individual zed's health when input in the console. If this doesn't constantly update as a zed takes damage, you can press up in the console to copy paste the last command(s). If you want to test without dling a map, spawn a braindead zed then kill all zeds so you have an infinite wave to spawn zeds and test each one out.
these commands won't be able to make the game 6p by any chance, therefore won't be helpful for OP to test damage if he wants to see how it works on 6p hp zeds.
test map will always have all types of zeds incase the OP isn't familiar with commands, but in the guide for "sometestmap" it explains alot.
it gives him open trader already, and all sort of things OP needs, so...
open KF-SomeTestMap?game=SomeTestMap.SomeTestMap?difficulty=3
if you did, then type stmoptions in the console and there should be an option for 'damage messages' that needs to be ticked
after you launch testmap with this command from main menu:
open KF-SomeTestMap?game=SomeTestMap.SomeTestMap
enable cheats inside, and use "STMoptions" it will show you the top left damage, and other info are self explanatory
