In case you're wondering what the ♥♥♥♥ am I talking about I'm talking about how you have to pay 10 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dollars to use Mrs. Foster in-game, when her steampunk version in the first game was completely free. Great one ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ TWI, you guys really had me going on laughter.
Dude, the game is 30 dollars, when you buy it you get like what 6 to 9 characters by default? You should NOT have to pay a third of the GAMES PRICE, for a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ character. That is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
Yeah that's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, what they did to DAR and Commando Chicken was pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bad but this? This is unacceptable.
I mean, I'm not to outraged about it, like I'm not going to completely uninstall the game because of this but I still think it's BS. Also I think the only reason why they made her so expensive is because it's Mrs. Foster, they know damn well people are going to buy her.
Don't care that it's a third of the game's price, it's content, they don't benefit from free content. Don't want to support them and sound like a raging child? Don't buy it (or just save for a future sale because you're probably cheap)
She was also DLC in the first game, and unlike most DLCs, including the one that had Mr. Foster himself, she had full voice acting, just like in KF2!
How much did she cost?
$4.99. Half of what she's worth now.
I mean, there's a lot more lines they had to record this time around, but she's a character whose whole existance in KF2 relies upon nostalgia for the first game (and also fanservice). She shouldn't cost so much, and that's coming from someone who bought her with no regret.
I have to admit, though they nailed one very specific part everyone remembers about Killing Floor:
The overpriced as hell DLC!
Like, ♥♥♥♥ man, I have probably funded an update's worth of content with the amount of Keys I buy.
Who knows. I doubt we'll ever get an answer.
get real, you dont even have to buy it
