The seeker six has more damage potential via nukes and lock-on to single targets.
The rpg is more raw damage and AoE damage from the explosion.
Also the seeker six is more accident forgiving say if a crawler or stalker or a zed gets in front of your view you lose an rpg rocket. With the seeker six, you only lose 1/6th of a mag. If 1 full seeker six mag = 1 rpg rocket, you lose 1/6th power of an rpg.
The rpg does better against single target big zeds and hoardes of zeds due to the blast radius
still husk cannon>all until they nerf it to the ground like the MWG for firebug. Raw dps and is the full blast rpg woth the tap fire of the seeker six into one weapon.
The way i see it
husk cannon>seeker six>rpg
the only scenario is specific zed targets like hanz and scrakes that take extra rpg damage (it's true look it up in the wiki)
it's definitely quite good for mobbing, as the lock-on feature when zoomed-in tracks invisible enemies. though it would be cool if the RPG-7 was modded with an alternate-fire that makes it fire the rocket as a heat-seeking missile (similar to the real-life Stinger missile)
1) It's usable off perk. A lot of the time if I'm playing commando or swat, I'll take 1 perk based gun such as a SCAR or Kriss and have the RPG on the side to kill bigger zeds. Seeker 6 is kinda trash off demo.
2) Firing off one accurate shot is better when I'm running away. Since I can switch back quickly to have knife out for parrying.
3) Scrake Decap. They are so weak to RPGs.
Seeker Six just feels weak to me. I know it's good for nuke spam but honestly, the Husk Cannon can do that just better with a bigger ammo pool.
Who need 6 rocket? Unless you're a noob, then sure you need it.. Also, Seeker looks ugly and the recoil is just horrible
Thats debatable.
I'd personally say it's situational.
RPG has way less ammo than seeker 6, so no matter HOW GOOD YOU ARE you'll eventually run out of ammo before the seeker six will ever. Also, I use the right weapons for the right job, not how good they look. In my humble opinion.
Seeker Six ---> Ammo
RPG ---> Damage
Better to use RPG for later rounds though, especially bosses.
Seeker 6 is just a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ 1500 dosh M79 with almost no AoE.
I personally don't like getting caught with my pants down with the rpg that reloads for half a century and can only hold one rocket.
Then again, I find demo to be the weakest perk out there because of how boned you get when a spider tickles you >_>

also it takes 6 shots to kill an FP with the s6. it's the fastest way to kill an FP without zedtime.
although 2 c4 nukes is technically the fastest way to kill an FP as demo.
but yeah anyone that has played enough knows RPG+c4+magnum is the one true demo build.
maybe swat, medic, and survivalist if you got armor
But now it is clearly the Seeker Six. It feels well to play this weapon because of its versatility (small clots up to bosses, 2 useful fire modes), better field of view, faster reload, higher ammunition pool and better compabilty to other players/team mates screen view. Not that big boom with fire all over the place that all accurate aiming types love so much because they see a ♥♥♥♥.
