Auto aim. You can't turn it off.
You can turn off aim assist, and you can turn down all the other aim helping settings all the way... but at the end of the day, bullets automatically hit heads.
You can easily test it. Aim to the side of the head of a cyst with a controller, and every headshot hits. Switch to using mouse, even in the same game, and the autoaim turns off.
I had issues hitting the tanks of husks because my bullets were automatically gravitating to the head.
Now there may be an ini setting to turn that off... but as it stands all console players are forced to use autoaim.
Normal tends to have lone wolves, but switching to hard the numbers go down significantly. I imagine they're non-existent on sui and hoe.
that may be the case, but it's VERY subtle, and generally speaking apart from trying to hit the husk tank there are no situations where it isn't useful
The bottom line is, if you turn off "autoaim" in settings... it should actually turn off autoaim. If I wanted a small amount of autoaim I'd enable it.
