SWAT solo tips?
what weapons/perk skills should i use for boss wave? i've been using P90 and Kriss but they don't do enough damage when it comes to Han's or Patty is it even possible to solo this bosses as SWAT?.

I'm Currently level 19 and i'm using
Heavy armor training/ tactical movement (change at boss wave)
Tactical Reload
Suppression Rounds/Ammo vest (change at boss wave)

is there anything i'm doing wrong?. perk/weapon wise?

9mm is good especially with the current beta perk buff to it raising damage to 85%

other then that either medic smg for most magazine/total ammo
or kriss as a good DPS and ammo weapon
or UMP as high per shot damage output

personally for solo swat my main weapon is dual 9MM and secondary medic or kriss

i'm not playing on beta though. so you use dual 9mm on boss wave?. i've not gotten a chance to try UMP on hans or patty. its always there melee that gets me if not melee its there ZED spawn spam. Dodo's guide suggests using katana to parry but i find the parrying either ineffective or to slow. since there melee attacks can be strong enough to 1 hit a low health swat.

RPG + P90 is what I use. Seems to work quite well for all 3 bosses.

Personally use all right skills or RRLRR with a t5 Kriss + t5 MP5. Strategy is simply just to shoot their weakspots until they fall over and die and find cover around corners if needed to avoid strikes. If you can trace their weakspots well, you should be able to melt through hans' shield phase and patty's retreat without much problem.

It isn't gonna melt bosses as fast as a railsharp would, of course, but if you insist on playing SWAT for bosses then this setup is one I could recommend

Kriss is a monster, you can deal with pretty much anything if you go for the weak spots. If you don't then you'll have a hard time. That said, it's a super fun weapon to shred with once you get used to it :)

Kriss is your only big guy killer as SWAT, make sure to aim down your sights for less recoil.

Only swap to it when you get a clear shot on the boss, Hans' shield gets bursted down by it, Patriarch you will have to realize his HP bar so you have a new magazine in for the chase with bullets once he tries to run away. KingFP and Abomination are ring around the rosie bosses.

Don't be afraid to stay close if you think you get a good amount of bullets into them, armor will soak the hit from patriarch should he catch you (run up to him on melee range should he start spinning the minigun so he can't hit you with it) and Hans tends to run away too for the shield activate so plents of time to catch a breath.

should i use P90 for trash zeds when patty runs to heal or hans spawns them? or should i just upgrade kriss and stick with it?. i was at point blank range but patty's minigun still mowed me down.

If you can't catch patriarch during his escape then yeah swap and remove the trash that will annoy you with either weapon, you should have enough to just use Kriss, also ammo boxes are everywhere during bossfights.

About the minigun, you have to stand in him, melee range, hug him, he can't hit you then, obviously he will hit you with his arm afterwards should you dodge the minigun spray like that. If you can't time it it's better to always look for the next corner to run behind.

Save kriss for boss or big zeds, p90 for trash. If you're with a team the medic smg is a good choice for first gun and carry to the end. Find an obstacle to run around if you get patriarch for the boss fight. Hugging works, but he can still melee you, and if you're not careful he can instant kill you with rocket splash damage. Parrying is a good tactic. If you can carry the Katana and parry a hit or two in a row, you can greatly increase your chances against Hans. If you really have to, get the medic grenade launcher to deal with trash and to heal when the boss hits you.

Lmao, then you might as well play Demo with that loadout (but replace P90 with M16).

Does it? dont you get the same xp for killing the boss as long as you shoot it once with the P90? Ive never checked that closely tbh.

Well the RPG kills any boss quite fast. The p90 is used to make sure you get Swat xp.

No, when you kill the boss the xp is rewarded to perks based off of the ratio of damage dealt.

If you use the rpg to take down 90% of his health, demo will get 90% of your EXP reward.
