Cheats enabled, no exp gained from the session?

I was playing a game with 6 people in my own server and one of guys opened the console by accident (after dying), sudddenly a message popped up that he enabled cheats and we wouldn't get exp for the session.
I'm pretty sure he didn't enable cheats so is this a bug or am I missing a setting I should disable on my server to prevent this from happening again?

I have seen this before.... on every single person with a VAC ban. Wasn't them.... was their kid brother / friend/ other.

hahahahaa, yeah sure that is the case. if that was the case WOW it was only one game dude, just restart serv? hahah. you downloaded a cheat and now you wonder.

I did change the default password for the lobby, I usually enable a password after starting the server and remove the password after I join my server

I believe using the in game console to enable cheats won't cause a VAC ban? I mean, it disables the achievements and XP so I don't see how it would cause a ban? I could be wrong though....

lol of course they didn't, just idiots who don't bother reading the thread and just assume the OP is lying to their faces. like hell if they're gonna accuse people of cheating they should at least be aware of what cheating in this game actually is.
