Bone Crusher Technique
In this thread, I'm interested in discussing what might be the proper way to fully utilize the new Bone Crusher weapon. It has a mix of shield and mace attacks and it seems like they may have different properties to them. Attacking while moving left can bring out shield based attacks while other attacks generally use the mace.

It also comes with a straight up forward shield bash with the bash key. What's interesting is that shield related attacks are red colored most of the time and mace ones are blue. I'm not sure if that means it does more damage or if it's a simple visual distinction. From what I've been playing, it seems like shield related attacks have more knockdown and stun potential. I've also noticed that shield related attacks can make zeds explode.

Basically, how are you guys using the new Berserker weapon? I'd be interested in hearing what's been working for you. Using the mace more? The shield? Like spamming the bash key?

Usually when dealing with Large zeds, i use
Skills:
Butcher
Parry
Smash
Spartan

Technique when dealing with Scrakes and FP's:
Parry his first attack
Heavy>Heavy>Light>Shield bash
Which should either kill him or stun him
Once he is on the ground, keep heavy attacking him or shield bashing, it will do massive damage

I use it in a round, and look like is more for be a tank than kill, the damage is like the pulverizer, easy kills on heads, not usefull on body. When the boss (Hans) come, I literally block every attack from the enemy, also bullets without take to much damage. I think it can be usefull if you can get a pocket medic or defense some areas, makes the berserker more "team play strategys". But if I you want to go serious, like HOE or play alone in a 6 players Suicidal, maybe zwheihander or pulverizer are better choises.
