Swat- Kriss, P90, Katana, Med-Pistol

I tend not to use Commando, Swat, Firebug, Survivalist, or Support for boss waves though.
Commando: Med AR + Scar
Support: AA12 + Boomstick
Medic: Med AR + Boomstick
Demo: RPG + Dual Spitfires
Gunslinger: Dual Magnums, Dual Deagles, Dual Spitfires, Med Pistol
Sharp: Railgun + Dual Spitfires
Swat: Kriss + Boomstick
Firebug: Microwave + Dual Spitfires
Survivalist: Railgun + AA12
Oh and since you were asking for tips aswell, the most common mistakes people make is standing out in the open, being an easy target for patty. Make sure you have cover near you. Also, don't get too tunnel visioned or else a husk or gorefiend from behind can end your boss wave.
The boomstick jump is also a good way of avoiding melee hits from both hans and patty.
Medic: medic AR + shotgun
Demo: RPG + medic pistol + MP5 or dual Spitfires
Support: AA-12 + DBS + medic pistol
Firebug: MWG + medic pistol + dual Spitfires (I think that's possible)
Survivalist: RPG + medic pistol + P90
For the love of God, don't pick Commando or Swat for boss fights on the higher difficulties in public matches.
Demo: RPG + DBS + HM101
Zerk: Boncrusch + HM101
Med: HM401 + DBS + Katana + HM101
Support: AA12 + DBS + HM101/HM301
Firebug: Microwave gun + DBS + HM101
Sharp: Railgun + DBS + HM101
Patty *changes from Hans*
Demo: RPG + C4 + HM101
Zerk: Eviscerator + HM101
Other perks: play at your own peril.
Demo - RPG + C4 + Katana
Gunslinger - dual .500, dual HC, single M1911, Katana
Support - AA12, DBS, single .500, Katana
Firebug - MWG, HC, Katana
Survivalist - M4, M16, single .500, HC, Katana(Use Heavy reload, weapon harness)
Medic - Medic rifle, C4, Katana
Swat - anyone play this garbage at all?
Commando - Scar, Medic rifle, HC
EDIT: The katana is for parrying.
No reason to start Boss round with Dosh in your pocket
Commando -Scar-H, AK-12, Katana- Great damage and protection
Support -AA-12, Double Barrel, 301 Medic Shotgun- insane damage
Medic -401 Assault Rifle, 301 Shotgun- Because you need constant healing
Firebug -Microwave Gun, Dual Spitfire Relovers, 101 Medic Pistol-
Demolitionist -RPG-7, M79-
Gunslinger -Dual Magnums, Dual Desert Eagles, Single M1911, Katana-
Sharpshooter -M14, Magnum, Winchester- Magnum is the same that Railgun in terms of damage but you can level up your headshoot counter with that so it's better than Railgun. And M14 because you'll do more headshoots, creating Zed-Time (if lvl 25), helping your team. And also because you can level up your headshoot counter so you're probably doing more damage than the Railgun.
Swat -Kriss, P90, Katana, 101 Medic Pistol-
Survivalist -DON'T PLAY THIS PERK-
