Bug Report: Graphical Artifacts, AI Control, Click-through UI
I wanted to start off by saying that I really appreciate the work the dev has put into the game already.

I understand that the graphical artifacts are a known issue from a previous thread. I just want to reiterate that I am suffering from graphical artifacts all along the top of the screen after about 30 minutes to an hour of playing.

My second bug report is that it is way too easy for your airfields and aircraft to come under AI control. There are times where I'll be inspecting the airfields and then I go back into the map and then one of the airfields is under AI control and has pulled trainees from the training pool and sent out five missions with all my planes and pilots.

I've already narrowed down the cause though. It relates to how the screens transition and how the UI is still intractable with hidden buttons on the "other" screen.

For replication purposes of clickable buttons through the UI:
Click a flight of planes and then scroll up so that the pilot avatars are covering the AI control button. Click the pilot avatar directly over the button. The button is clickable through the UI and it engages AI control.

Find an airfield. Put your finger directly over the AI control button of the airfield and hold it there while you click the magnifying glass to inspect the airfield. Place the mouse cursor where your finger is. A tooltip for enabling/disabling AI control pops up . Click it. Go back to the map. Airfield is under AI control.

P.S.
I really think this game would benefit from having a centralized roster of all pilots broken down into squadron and other sortable characteristics to look at their stats instead of relying on switching through every airfield to find the pilots you grow attached to.

I know that the whole user interface was designed rather unfavorably from the start.

Such a centralized roster would be great, both for pilots and aircraft. I will take a look at it. But I'd rather not make any promises because these things need a lot of work and can quickly become very complex.
