Controller problem

For some reason this game don't recognize my controller. I don't have problems in other games (serious sam, mk11) but exactly this one have problems

I have ds4windows installed and steam input enabled

Any ideas? Thanks!

Ignoring the ridiculousness of playing with a controller at all, Steam is updating support for Sony controllers, so there might be some conflicts with ds4windows now.

Oh yeah I know its dumb lol, but its just to make it fair to play in remote play with friends (keyboard+mouse vs controller)

Update: On split-screen works only, I guess its good enough for me

If only splitscreen works, you likely have set your controller to assign to "player 2" in the splitscreen sign in menu. This completely disables any and all controller handling for player 1, delegating the first controller to player 2. Simply setting this back to player 1 will correct this.
