My Little Big Adventure Achievement

I just finished the game and I'm only missing this achievement.

I have indeed two or entries missing. My question is: Do I have to get to the end with all entries unlocked simultaneously, or if I just go back to different previous save files and unlock in each the missing entries, will it unlock the achievement?

From the text of the achievement I believe it needs to be 100% unlocked in the same save file, but since one of my missing entries is just at the beginning of the game (the one that says I need to be discreet when escaping the asylum), I'd have to replay the whole game again ):

(loved the whole game, BTW, but hate replaying games)

I just finish game second time and get this achievement.
It some missing items for me that i miss in first play:
- Dragon-fly Log in Temple Bu (last zone on stone wall)
- First you need talk to Baldino about fan or if you bring fan to him without talk - you do not get this Log
- In Library you must find book about blue horse
- Visit Rebelation island before use pirate flag on catamaran
- Use snowboard on Himmalayi
- On Polar island you must go throw level with Zoe (she comments and give you 2 log). So for Genteman achievement you must replay last level - Polar island
