Lazy English translation, unbalanced puzzles, no voice actors. So much of it was right and I tried to enjoy it, but the nonsense puzzle solutions were what ruined it for me, and even then there were several great puzzles.

The Legend of Skye is a fun classic point&click adventure that was very clearly inspired by the likes of Monkey Island and Legend of Kyrandia. Fans of those games will definitely enjoy this one! It has a similiar vibe, humor, and anachronistic references.

I played in English and German and while the translations can be a bit awkward or even wrong sometimes, the dialogues still get the point across.

I really loved the pixel art, backgrounds, and music. It's a beautiful world to get lost in.

Don't let the colorful look fool you though! The game's puzzles can be quite hard, this isn't a game for beginners who are just starting to get into point&click! It did happen to me quite a few times that I got very frustrated and didn't know how to move on - and I've been playing p&c for decades. If you like a challenge, you'll love it!

And if you don't, you should still get this game and consult a hint guide if you're out of ideas, because The Legend of Skye is worth it.
