Stein Questline broken
I was only able to complete two of them, Something's Missing and Training like a Real Battle. I believe that it broke on Training like a Real Battle due to an interaction with Mei's own questline interrupting when I went to talk to her on Stein's behalf.

As far as I can tell, this has caused the quest to be registered as completed without actually finishing the stages properly, or enabling the next quest in the chain to begin.

Looks like I encountered this issue too. Is there a recommended workaround for this issue?
