The Girl Who Wasn't There demo has finally arrived on Steam! Experience the story's prologue and find out how Ranko and Astrid's new case begins at St. Joachim's Academy.

As you can see, the game has changed a lot from Murder on the Marine Express. Character design is in the capable hands of Izucchi, a Tokyo-based illustrator who specializes in concept and design for publishing and audiovisual products. On the other hand, background art is by Frogapples, a hyper talented artist from the Philippines who is an expert in making pixel art illustrations. Last but not least, there's Saria Lemes: a Brazilian composer who specializes in chiptune and VGM soundtracks, and is a prominent member of the retro-style music scene.

We take this opportunity to remind you that we launched a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter, which aims to raise the necessary funds to cover the remaining production of the game. If you decide to support us, you'll be able to get the game at a lower price and also some interesting extras like the soundtrack or a digital artbook. All those who contribute with their donation will have access to an early version with the first two routes of the game, so that they can test the adventure before the official release. This version will be automatically updated once the final development of the game is completed. Therefore, changes may occur between this first version and the final one, and any achievements present in the final version will not be applied yet.
