White Screen on launch. FIXED

Hi whenever I try to open the game, the command window opens, and then my screen turns white. I have tried everything, and as of now, nothing has worked. WHOEVER COMES UP WITH A SOLUTION THAT WORKS FOR ME WILL GET A REWARD!!!
I am running Windows 8.1
6 gigs of ram
i3 processor
intel hd 4000 graphics card.
AGAIN IF YOU FIX THIS PROBLEM YOU WILL RECIEVE A REWARD!!!

Disable any overlay programs like fraps/dxtory/logmein/teamviewer/etc

Also for Intel cards make sure you've got the absolute latest Intel video drivers

Seems like a long shot... but do you have windows 7? if so you can try to run it on that but that requires a LOT of time and effort so its something I wouldn't do myself.

Sorry to say this but it appears EVERYONE who has this problem has either windows 8.1 or something else unkown, you can try downgrading to 8 to see if that helps.
