The game does not want to run

Written by: preparations for the launch, the endless sync brgins. What to do?
Previously, the game worked fine.

Игра не хочет запускаться. Написано: подготовка к запуску, начинается бесконечная синхронизация. Что делать?
Раньше игра нормально работала.

Restart Steam. Switch off Steam Cloud synchronization in the game properties.

Перезапустить Стим. Выключить синхронизацию с облаком в свойствах игры.
