Question about playing quartets and the Grim Man In Green.

Hello, is it possible to play against the Grim Man In Green after the second portal is closed or after the end of the game? Another thing, to get the Good Hand achievement, does all the quartet games have to be in the same save game or can I start a new game and just play against those who I didn't play yet?

Edit: To those who wander: the quartet games carry from one save to the other. After I finished the game(playing quartets against everyone except the green man) I loaded a old save and had a single game with the leprechaun and got the achievement.

I think the only chance to play with him is before entering that portal.

Did you find him? It's the leprechaun.
Also, thanks, I missed the Fox and Grim Green Man. :( I didn't have to start over, I had a midway save, but I've been through it like 2 times already xD
