Tutorial Lag and Toggle Dashboard System : Single Message

I went into the new beta version last night. I found that it didn't keep my previous saves intact like the first one did. Not sure why that changed.

Tutorial was either really laggy or had oddities when grabbing the light and the rig. It stuttered when grabbing the light and it went back to the lTR2 loading screen and hung for about a minute when I tried to put on the rig. I was able to do so after it got done being hung. (Q3, 4080 laptop)

Then when I got the tablet, there was a message that popped out from my left hand saying 'Toggle Dashboard System : Single'. It had a line pointing to my left hand but I couldn't tell what I was supposed to do. I tried hitting various buttons/actions, but it remained there the whole time I was in game.
