Backpack Suggestion
One improvement idea suggest after using the backpack in the first one would be a way to sort items within the backpack for instance be able to upgrade the backpack with exterior pouches similar to the ones available for modern military style backpacks with webbing on them. You could then buy pouches to attach on the bag to carry Meds, Artifacts, Mags, etc. While and make it so that items don't so easily get lost in a mess of items clipping through one another although the central pouch/pocket remains available if necessary. I say this because I often found after returning from quests I would spent periods of time searching through all the stuff I took with me plus the stuff picked up while on the move just to find the actual quest item to be delivered.

Have you played Green Hell? The backpack sorting could work similarly to that by stacking like objects.

As you point at an item or stack of items it could give the items basic info as well as stack size and allow you to grab the whole stack or one at a time with "grab" for stack and "trigger + grab" to split off a single one.
