Help me save my save

I saved on top of the bridge girders, and now whenever I load the game, I'm down in the water and I instantly die.

I guess my position was a bit offset when I saved and it automatically puts me next to my safe spot.

It's a coop save, so no autosaves to go back on, unfortunately. Is there any way to save my save?

Try loading in and just before you spawn in try physically moving in the safe direction. Its happened to me a few times and this helps sometimes. I haven't tried this in coop yet.
