How do you open a can of sprats?

Just bought one and it doesn’t work like the other food, trigger pressing nothing, second hand also nothing, using index controllers if that matters, and no there was no other dot besides the one for grabbing

you need to be outside the store in order to grab the tab with your other hand.
i myself cant seem to get the fish out

I tried but it doesn’t do anything, like I also said already, tried using it in the bedroom and nothing happened, no other dot, not trigger working, nothing, might be something with the valve index controllers but idk

To be fair, I can't seem to open them, I'm on quest 2.

I am playing with quest3 air link. I pull the trigger and it will not open. I have tried different button combinations and cannot eat the sprats.

hmm, i just grabbed at the opening pin and had no problems. I use the Index contollers too.

I can't get any interact point for the tab when holding the can with either hand, or with it set on a surface. I had to abort a run because it turned out the food I brought couldn't be opened. I triggers, I tried grips, I tried face buttons, I tried holding them in different combinations, nothing allowed me to interact with the tab on a can of sprats. I'm using a quest 2.

I have the same experience with valve index. There is only one interaction point, which simple puts the can into the other hand. I cannot interact with the tab. I tried pressing/holding every button/trigger, but it didn't help.

I think this might be a bug, since I was able to open my first can of sprats, finished it, and now I can't open any other ones (Valve Index)

It's a bug.
If you buy one it can be opened just fine. But only buy one at a time, as multiples can get bugged after opening the first one.

ok, good to know. I just had one of them in my inventory. But I have a second one in my base. may be i should sell it before i get the bug too.
