Won't let me complete mission: "Thinking with Anomalys" which is a "security up" level (to level 3)

I've been playing since the game came out a few days ago and got to level 2 quickly (surprised me after reading other people saying how long it takes) I started the Mission, "Thinking with Anomalys" where you have to collect 3 different artifacts is a certain area in the forest with a bunch of portals. I did all prior requirements to reach the place with all the portals but there are no artifacts other than the "inert" (Don't count) ones. There was one the first time I reached the area and now there isn't any. I've restarted my game, PC, reverted back to older saves etc. Can't find anything online regarding this or if Sec. Level 3 is ever achievable. Pls let me know if you have any info what so ever. Thank you <3

I am stuck on the exact same problem right now. Although for me, it's to level up to security level 2, not 3.

If it helps, right before teleporting to the portal location, I collected two artifacts for a single artifact mission (so I had 2 special artifacts meant for another mission in my backpack). Also, I did not find a single "special" artifact by the portals, only inert ones. After waiting out the tide in the base, I came back and found a few inert artifacts, but no special ones.

I also tried to terminate the mission and activate it again. Found no artifacts. Then I thought, maybe I could gather the artifacts by doing the simple anomaly/artifact mission, but when I went to the mission location, the artifact was nowehere to be found. I then tried to terminate all missions, wait out the tide in the base, activate all missions again and went to the simple anomaly/artifact mission and the special artifact was still not there. I'm now thinking that maybe my save is bugged, where special artifacts are unable to spawn.

I'm stuck here now too, I deleted my thread about it since this is clearly the same problem. Mine says to level to security level 2, I found one artifact but none other. I also tried terminate, wait out tide, and doing other side mission that share same artifact only to find none.

I had the same issue. I grabbed every artifact in the area until the detector was silent, and only ended up with one of the named objective artifacts. I loaded an earlier save and then for some reason when I got to the same point all three artifacts were present in the area. No idea why that made a difference.

I have no basis for the logic but try terminate mission > sleep through the tide reset > accepting mission again.
Could help, could do nothing.

Same thing happened to me, only found 1 of the special artifacts before the detector went silent

Huh weird, I had all of them at the location, even did a few extra teleports around cause I wasn’t sure what the game wanted at first

Even had one extra to sell, can’t think of anything except maybe your anomaly detector glitched out?
Might be why, idk, I had mine accidentally duplicate in a prior mission so I do know there is at least some issues with the detector rn

Just got there and got first and third one in log, second one was a normal "junk" artifact. been jumping around the portals for over 20 minutes before I gave up. Glad it's not just me. I have a save before I headed out to the mission so guess I'll try that. Shame about all the loot lost and combat that has to be redone but that is very early access baby.

Yea, I've been the return trip back to the location to still find nothing more than once already. At this point I'm just learning the map and doing side quests till someone figures it out.

if you save/load while trying to find the artefact, they'll disapear. Just save before the last portal (in the house) and grab the three artifact without saving/loading.

I did that, there were only two and a regular artifact and then silence from the artifact finder. The one I was missing was also part of a separate side quest, so I thought I could trick it and get that one to turn it in, but it doesn't spawn there either anymore. Really annoying.
