Valve index impossible to move just forward
Just started the game and picked my settings and it’s impossible to move just forward, when I try to press forward and nothing else the game always goes a heavy amount of left, it’s hard to counter to the point that I can’t even go right, just pressing my thumbstick to the right cause me to either stand still or slowly drift left

is your movement direction mode set to camera?

like zeus said it sound like your movement direction is set to controller, change it to camera

You happen to know why performance sucks too?
I got an RTX3060OC, 16gb ram and an I5-8500 and the performance counter on steam VR says it’s between 20-40ms constantly except for loading screens

First game ran at a constant 90 fps and I’d kinda like to keep that mark so any advice?
