Is the Helios Prime Cerebrum relic available anywhere?

Can anyone confirm they've gotten a relic drop that has the Helios Prime Cerebrum as a possible reward sometime in the last couple of days? The wiki seems to have bad information on that. It claims that all Cerebrum relics are vaulted except for Lith H2, but there's no Lith H2 listed anywhere in the Void Relic page http://warframe.wikia.com/wiki/Void_Relic#Lith9.

It also claims the Meso H1 is vaulted, but it is listed on the relic page. Except it's not dropping for me. I've done now 20 rounds of Tier 2 Defense on Io Jupiter and haven't gotten a single Meso H1 drop.

I'd suggest that you rely on the in-game Codex for now, not the wiki. Three new Primes were just added to the game (and consequently, three old Primes vaulted) just two days ago, and the wiki appears to still be catching up on updating all its many pages to reflect current information. I can assure you that Meso H1 is indeed vaulted, as one of its drops is the blueprint for Fragor Prime, one of the items that was vaulted recently.

Relics can be vaulted, but their items not (because some possible rewards are vaulted). So they compensate it introducing new relics.

Helios Prime Cerebrum is a drop now from Lith H2 only (Unless there is a relic that the Wiki has not yet posted). Yoy will can find this one in Tier1 rewards.

If a relic is vaulted, you will can't find those relics anymore (but you can use them still if you have them already). Thats why you can't find Meso H1.
