Need help with a Dread build

I need help coming up with the best possible Dread build, it's mostly going to be for Ash Prime

Also, how good is Dread? I'm sick of people telling me how everything but few chosen equipment suck...i don't want to play nothing but Mesa Prime / Volt Prime / whatever and use nothing but Rubico Prime or Ignis Wraith or the like...
