Then DoF/Motion blur, especially if you want to make long range kills.
And finally - antialiasing, because game uses poorman antialising algorythm a.k.a. edge smooting, this will make whole picture less blured.
What do you mean aiming down 70%? Do you mean FOV?
Might be talking about mouse sensitivity.
I can play with everything maxed, but it's a little over the top with bloom and color correction enabled. The 26/04 patch supposedly toned down the elemental weapon effects a little. I just like the way it looks better with color correction and/or bloom off.
As for FPS killers, DOF / Motion Blur is usually the first thing recommended to disable.
