Fired a single shot through 5 targets? 11000% accuracy!
My example of getting 2200% accuracy isn't just recent, it's from today. The Drakgoon fires 10 pellets, with Hell's Chamber's 120% multishot bringing that amount to 22 pellets. Since the game, at least for the Drakgoon, counts a shot based on the amount of trigger pulls and a hit based on each pellet that strikes a target, this means that each shot then has the potential to hit a single target 22 times with a single shot.
Based on how bizarre your formula is, and the follow-up explanation, I'm not sure if you're horribly mislead, or trolling.
After doing various tests just now, I've found these things out.
Based on these numbers... weapons with travel time are screwy as hell, lol.

If it isn't displaying properly, that's a screenshot of me ending a mission with 9800% accuracy.
Almost 40000% - and way before the Drakgoon came out - I was level one at the time so probably the (MK1) Braton or Lato...
