i cant connect my warframe accoutn with steam so im screwed i bought something and now it refuses to go to warframe and its making me mad i mean i paid for it i deserve it why the ♥♥♥♥ cant i connect my warframe and steam account!?!?!?!

Alright, here's how to link your account:

1 - Start Warframe from Steam, and log in.

2 - If you see a pop-up asking you to link your Warframe account with your Steam account, click, "Yes."

3 - If you don't see that pop-up, exit and restart Steam, and try logging into Warframe again. Repeat step 2, and then move to step 4.

4 - Your Warframe account should now be linked to your Steam account.

5- If you were unable to get the pop-up message to appear upon logging in, contact Steam support at: https://support.steampowered.com/

Note: Steam's support is, at the time of this post, not available, possibly due to the large number of support requests from the holidays. It should be back up soon.

Try debugging the cache from properties. Right Click Warframe in game library>Properties>Verify Integrity of Game Cache. Verify is under one of the tabs. If that doesn't work, reinstall Warframe. If that doesn' work, i dunno. Are you using your original Warframe login info when starting it up with steam?

Doing this is practially going to reinstall Warframe anyway.

Since Warframe patches independent of Steam, when Steam checks the files, a very good portion of them are going to differ from what "should" be there according to Steam.

DON'T USE STEAM CACHE, now that that's clear, try veryfing your game data through the game's launcher, and after that whole thing is complete, restart Steam, had this same problem yesterday and that solved it.

Uh go to the automatic pop up website( WARFRAME) and follow the instructions in the big bold letters when they appear like I did?

I guess your NAT type is 3. Your NAT type should be 2. If it is, then it should work fine.
